Overview
This Sealer can be Sprayed with a Spray System or applied with a sealer brush or squeegee.
As a residential home owner you want access to your driveway as soon as possible after sealing your driveway and our sealer makes this possible. Drying time is 3 to 4 hours.
As a sealcoating contractor you will have a MAJOR advantage over your competition when using Asphalt Kingdom's Sealcoating Sealer.
Your competition's sealer takes approximately 24 to 48 hours to dry. Asphalt Kingdom's Sealer takes 3 to 4 hours to dry. When you're talking to potential customers you can let them know about this. It provides a major sales conversion edge for you.
A 55-gallon drum of sealer will do six to eight 4-car driveways. Its coverage rate is 100 square feet per gallon.

"I have been using an Oil based sealer for the past 7 years and was not happy with the Dry time. I decided to switch over to the water based Coal Tar Emulsion as it is advertised as 3-4 hours to walk on and 8-10 to drive on.Price Value Quality
