High-end Commercial Asphalt Crack Filler

Asphalt Kingdom's Hot Rubberized Crack filler is used to seal cracks or joints in asphalt or concrete surfaces, which are up to 2" in width and up to 1/2" in depth. 1-2 hr drying time.

Asphalt Kingdom's Crack filler must be heated in a kettle or hot crack fill applicator melter so that the solid rubber can be liquified before use. This material must be applied into cracks that are free from all foreign matter and debris. This material can be poured directly from the melter or pour pot into the crack and should yield approximately a rate of 300 to 400 linear feet per 50 pound box of crack filler.

Section Seven: Precautions for Safe Handling and Use

Steps to be taken in case material is released or spilled: Permit material to cool to a solid. Cover with earth to reduce adhesiveness. Place in appropriate containers to transport to a waste disposal site.

Waste Disposal Method: Bury collected material in approved landfill or burn in approved incinerator; follow local, state and federal regulations.

Precautions taken in Handling & Storing: Keep pallets intact in storage. Packages of unused material present no known health/safety hazards.

Other Precautions: Be aware of burn hazards which are possible if skin contact occurs during use. Avoid inhalation of excessive amounts of fumes. Practice good personal hygiene.
