Our newest professional asphalt sealcoating spray systems
Asphalt Kingdom has recently launched the PROMAX line of air operated asphalt sealcoating spray systems.
These spray coating systems are extremely popular with the commercial sealcoating contractor and for contractors looking to spray sealer with sand in it.
Our PROMAX asphalt sealcoating spray systems are professional-grade and designed strictly for the asphalt sealing industry.
Selecting the correct sealing machine will be a very important factor in developing a profitable and successful asphalt sealing business, as well as being able to apply asphalt sealer in a non-back-breaking, time effective and professional fashion.
When selecting asphalt sealcoating sprayer equipment, you should always remember that this is your company image and the PROMAX systems certainly stand up to being the Ferrari of all sealcoating rigs.
We presently offer three PROMAX models:
AK3000 PROMAX Series Sealcoating System. Comes with a 300 Gallon Tank.
AK5600 PROMAX Series Sealcoating System. Comes with a 560 Gallon Tank.
AK7500 PROMAX Series Sealcoating System. A 750 Gallon Tank for larger jobs
Features
- Optional 300, 560 or 750 gallon steel tank with 7 gauge head, 10 gauge sidewalls
- Hydraulic agitation with infinitely variable speed forward and reverse
- Full sweep 4 paddle agitation system in tank to keep sand complete agitated with sealer.
- 30 gallon ingersol rand compressor powered by a electric start Kohler or Honda.
- 1.5" graco air-operated, dual-diaphragm pump that can handle extra heavy sand and additive loads and only needs to be cleaned for winterization
- Hannay hose reel with 100' of ¾" 300 psi hand hose and 6 1/2' aluminum spray wand
- Filter Pot cleans out any unwanted chunks or particles. Prevents downtime.
- 20" manway, inner splash lid, and outer lid
