This sprayer equipment system delivers power-packed performance and is extremely easy to operate. Most of our clients say they can spray their first asphalt sealcoat job after using the machine for just a few hours.
Buy our standard 300 Gallon sprayer system or upgrade to the AK550 (550 gallon tank) or the AK750 (750 gallon tank) if you need a bigger tank and all the same features as the 300.

Sealcoating Sprayer Equipment System Features
- Steel Sealcoating Tank Size Options: 300 Gallon or 550 Gallon (pricing varies by size).
- 6.5 HP Briggs and Stratton engine with 2” poly centrifugal seal coating pump with Viton Seals, 45 PSI at spray tip, 225 GPM (gallons per minute), with 1 year manufacturers warranty. Re-circulates the tank to assure excellent blend/mix for application.
- Compatible with coal tar, acrylic & latex asphalt sealers.
- 75 feet of asphalt sealer hose.
- 4 Foot Light Weight Spray Gun.
- 5 Interchangeable Spray Tips.

- Agitation and Re-circulation System that circulates at 225 GPM (Gallons Per Minute), with a control valve to fluctuate the re-circulation speed. You're sure to have mixed sealer that is ready to be applied.
- Continuous flow returning to tank to prevent pump seal problems when the spray gun is shut-off
- 75 feet of high quality asphalt sealer hose.
- Spray gun with ball-valve operation, 5 interchangeable quick connect sealer spray tips to match the job site that you're on.
- Extremely simple to operate. Two valves that allow you to either spray the sealer or re-circulate it to mix it up. Labels and operating manual come with the sprayer equipment system.
