  • 110 US gal. - 420 L steel tank, black paint.
  • 6.5 HP Intek-Pro series engine, oil shut down protection with 1 year manufacturers warranty
  • 2" centrifugal seal coating pump with Viton Seals, 45 psi, 225 gpm with 1 year manufacturers warranty
  • The AK110 Pro includes the "AK Smart Transfer package" which allows you to transfer sealer from drums or tanks into your 110 gallon tank that comes with this system. Transfer system comes with quick connect that connects to a "T" Valve. Very easy. 10 feet of high quality transfer hose and is all assembled and ready to use for transfer.
  • Agitation and Re-circulation System that circulates at 225 GPM (Gallons Per Minute), with a control valve to fluctuate the re-circulation speed. The 110 Gallon tank re-circulated two times every minute so your sure to have mixed sealer that is ready to be applied.
  • Continuous flow returning to tank to prevent pump seal problems when the spray gun is shut-off
  • Industrial manual rewind hose reel that holds 75 feet of 3/4" sealer hose.
  • Spray gun with ball-valve operation, 5 interchangeable quick connect stainless steel sealer spray tips to match the job site that your on (Two 2 gpm spray tips, two 3 gpm and one 4 gpm)
  • Reel can be mounted on top of the tank or on the side of the tank
  • Compatible with all asphalt driveway sealer: "Coal Tar Emulsion Sealer", "Blend of Coal Tar and Asphalt Emulsion Sealer", and "Asphalt Acrylic Sealer" -- The ONLY completely universal sealcoating Spray system

I bought a new AK2400 Duromax Sealcoating Spray System from Asphaltkingdom.com and am happy to say that it is everything it is said to be. I searched the Internet and equipment stores and was ready to buy a 300 gallon trailer system that was anywhere from 7,500 to 20,000. This included a machine and a trailer and that was it. Don't get me wrong the machines were nice looking but you don't have to spend that kind of money to have a nice spray unit. The Asphalt Kingdom sealcoating system works awesome and this system is all you need to start your own sealcoating business for either residential or property management commercial purposes.
